Casco Viejo Apartment is the ideal place to stay for those seeking comfort and charm in the heart of Bilbao. Its recent renovation (February 2025) has preserved the original wooden structure, striking a perfect balance between tradition and modern design.

The spacious living-dining room, with a balcony and views of the park, is a bright and cosy space to relax. The open kitchen, next to the reading area, creates a functional and elegant atmosphere. The three bedrooms are spacious: the master bedroom, with a balcony and views of a park, features a comfortable double bed and a private bathroom. The other two bedrooms, facing a quiet rear alley, have twin beds, perfect for friends or family. A second full bathroom serves the rest of the apartment.

Direct bus route, Bizkaibus (A-3247), runs from Loiu Airport to the Bilbao Intermodal Station every 15–30 minutes and costs approximately €3. At this station, you can take the metro, which will drop you off at the Casco Viejo - Siete Calles stop (Plaza Unamuno exit) in just a few minutes.

The apartment is located in Bilbao’s lively Old Town (Casco Viejo), a bustling and popular area, which may result in some noise in the living room and master bedroom, especially on weekends. However, the two bedrooms facing the rear alley are very quiet, perfect for resting. It’s worth noting that, due to the nature of the Old Town, these rooms have narrow ventilation openings that limit the amount of natural light, although the apartment remains very cosy.
Leaving trash in the common areas of the residents’ association is not permitted.

The building is primarily home to families and seniors, so it is appreciated if residents respect the rules of coexistence and allow neighbors to rest.
