What a beautiful area and a very special hotel! I loved the interior architecture in the dining area, reminiscent of frontier days, yet with modern appointment. If you love the northwest, Alaska, or the Yukon, go there! Bring a bit of $ as the meal was a bit pricey but so delicious!

This place is cute! The lodge is beautiful and so is the lake. The rooms are kinda small but it's still nice to stay for a night. My only negative is that the food wasn't great and very over priced. If you can bring your own I'd do it.

The lodge and nearby cabins appear to be clean and well maintained. We only stayed one night and did not take advantage of the available sauna or visit the lakeside area. I picked this lodge because of travel spacing on our trip to Alaska and primarily because it was pet friendly

My wife and I went at the beginning of March and it was -23 and snowing, so we didn't see much. But we went for a walk to the middle of the lake and soaked in the surroundings. Sarah and Ken, at the front desk, helped us immensely for a special occasion and made our stay very memorable. Thank you!!!

The main lodge was very clean and the staff was extremely friendly. The views are absolutely stunning! You are literally surrounded by close mountain peaks in all directions. They have a lodge rule for quiteness after 9pm. However, several guests around me were anything but. And since it is a cabin and not sound resistant walls, noise is very easily heard. Additionally, everything at the site closes (including checking out) and does not reopen until 8am in the winter hours. They lock the doors, so don't get caught outside without a key after they shutdown or you will be very sorry. Nice place though. Would stay again if I ever travel Alcan again. Would be spectacular in the summer with all the activities that they host.
