Getting regular tea bags became such a big problem. One minor issue was the bathroom door lock. You could not lock it and if you did you couldn’t unlock it. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay. I recommend this hotel strongly."

"The hotel is well located in a center area of Islamabad. The room was comfortable, clean, and had all the essentials for a good stay. All members of the staff were great, friendly and helpful. I will certainly stay here again."

"I booked for a Business Suite with 1 bedroom and instead ended up in a studio style accommodation. There was no customary phone that you always find in any hotel room and had to go down to the lobby every time I needed something. There was no room service to change bedsheets/linen. The bathroom had a leak in its pipe which flooded the bathroom floor."
