The reception guy Imran was very cooperative and nice guy. However cleanliness was not of good standards, linens were not clean, towels were provided on request, bathroom had leaking tap. No hot water available, shower space and bathroom was very small. As a whole washroom abd toiletries were pathetic. Tv was there but no Chanel available. Plus point is WiFi was strong and available everywhere on premises. Breakfast was limited to egg and slice. Tea was served in cups and got everything cold while getting from kitchen to room. Bottle water was available throughout the stay on request. Restaurant downstairs was good. Food was tasty and freshly made though it took a little longer wait then expected. I stayed there because of my early morning flight and inconvenience due to road blockades on Motorway from Peshawar to Islamabad. Found nearest point to stay overnight.

The property looks nice at first glance, but unfortunately it is not maintained well. It was impossible to reach the staff, as no one answered the phone calls. The toilet seats were loose, and the bidet water pressure was extremely weak. Overall, the stay did not meet my expectations, and I was disappointed with the level of maintenance and service. I would not recommend this property unless these issues are addressed.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at Tulip Capital Hotel. The overall cleanliness was shockingly poor — rooms were not properly maintained, surfaces were dirty, and basic hygiene standards were clearly ignored. It felt uncomfortable staying there. The staff was unprofessional and unhelpful throughout my visit. Requests were either delayed or completely ignored, and there was a lack of basic courtesy and hospitality that you would expect from any hotel. As for the management, Ali Haider Sahi did not handle concerns appropriately. There was no accountability, and issues were brushed aside rather than resolved. Overall, this was a very unpleasant stay. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness, or decent service.

片道2000ルピーで空港からホテルまで送迎してくれました。InDriveのアプリを使えば片道500ルピーぐらいだったので、次回イスラマバード空港近くのホテルに泊まる場合はInDriveを使うと思います。 お部屋にはタオルもトイレットペーパーも何も用意されていなくて、ゴミ箱には以前のお客さんのゴミがそのまま残っていました。 少し仮眠しただけですぐにチェックアウトしたので、シャワーのお湯が出たかどうかはわかりません。
