"The hotel was as expected, and the staff were consistently helpful. I was, however, disappointed by the very limited number of women on staff. I recognize that women are less represented in the workforce in Egypt, and having visited the country several times, was prepared for that disparity. Still, it can be uncomfortable as a female guest to have nearly every interaction be with men. I continue to hope that hotels—particularly those with international ownership and clientele—will give greater consideration to gender diversity among their staff."

"The staff were very friendly, the property was clean and the room service was amazing. The only thing I would comment on is the pool needed a little bit more cleaning but with how hot it is we did not care. This one minor blip didn’t ruin anything for us and we would highly recommend. It’s in good walking distance to places as well."

"Recomiendo Soleil Nile cruise 100%. Es una experiencia increĂble. El personal te trata como si fueras de la familia. La comida es muy buena. Unas de las cosas que me hizo tomar este crucero es que las excursiones las pagas aparte y tienes un guĂa que habla tu idioma y te acompaña todo el tiempo y resuelve todos tus problemas si tuvieras alguno a bordo. Inclusive el viaja tambiĂ©n en el barco.Las excursiones son privadas. Tu guĂa es solo para ti y tu grupo. Nuestro guĂa se llamaba Joseph y habla un excelente ingles. Con nuestro guĂa Joseph, nuestro viaje por el Nilo con Soleil cruise ha sido uno de los mejores viajes que he dado. Y mira que he tenido el privilegio de viajar. Gracias a todo el personal de Soleil que hicieron un viaje para mi y mi familia extraordinario."

"We had a very enjoyable stay at this hotel. The hotel itself was extremely clean, and our room was a good size with a lovely view overlooking the River Nile. The room was well maintained, and the air conditioning worked exceptionally well. Free WiFi, it worked very well in the main areas of the hotels but dropped out in our room on occasion. Lots of space in the bathroom for your toiletries, shower could have been a bit more powerful but ok. Bed and pillows were really comfortable. We stayed on a half-board basis and were pleased with the food throughout our stay. The food was consistently good and we always found something we enjoyed. A special mention should go to the restaurant staff, who were always friendly, welcoming, and attentive. In particular both Ahmed and Amhed provided excellent service throughout our stay and helped make our dining experience even more enjoyable. The swimming pool area was clean and well looked after, providing a relaxing place to unwind after sightseeing. The area around the hotel was also very clean and felt safe to walk around. The hotel’s location is excellent for exploring Luxor on foot. We were able to walk to Luxor Temple, the Mummification Museum, Luxor Museum, and even Karnak Temple, making it a great base for sightseeing. Overall, this is a clean, comfortable hotel with good food, excellent service, and an ideal location. We would happily stay here again."
