The staff really make this hotel exceptional especially the pool staff. The pool and grounds are beautiful. The breakfast buffet was great though the restaurant menu was a bit limited. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Hotel was very nice and the facilities were well maintained. The riverfront pool was very nice and seemed quite popular with the guests. The breakfast was rather good, with everything one could want. The location is fine as it is right on the Nile river. My only wish would have been that they would offer some sort of exercise room

This hotel is well located for all conveniences and the staff are excellent and very helpful. Though the rooms and interior decor is a bit dated, the hotel offers excellent dining facilities and ample outdoor gardens and a large pool to make the stay really enjoyable.

Great hotel. Very good staff. Very good food. The swimming pool amazing. All the common areas are beautiful. Just the rooms need an update but they are clean. If you book, take the supper option.

the garden area on the property was beautifully maintained. The staff was fantastic! I cannot say enough about the staff! The only negative was our room faced the street and it was loud all the time and our shower did not work if you needed hot water.

Good value for money. The breakfast is excellent. They even packed it up for me for my 4.30 am departure. The staff is courteous and ready to help. Good location, the Vodafone corporate store was at a walking distance which I needed desperately. The in room menu is reasonable but can be preparation can be improved.

Just stayed for a few hours overnight in a room overlooking the Nile. Arrived at 2.30am. Front desk helpful in guiding price of taxi from airport (saved a lot of money!). Room quiet and clean with fabulous view over the gardens and river in the morning before departing for Temples and cruise. Didn’t partake of breakfast so cannot comment. Staff were all great!

Good hotel and location; However the rooms are weary and needs a serious uplift. Service is slow and check in experience was poor. Breakfast spread was great and location amazing.

Really good location in Luxor. Staff friendly. The breakfast had good options. The outside areas are very nice, lots of areas to sit and the pool area is a nice addition on the Nile. Room was a big size so lots of space and even in the heat was a nice temperature without using the aircon or heating
