Staff & amenities. Reception and breakfast staff were great. However, housekeeping needs to be improved! We had to ask for something or the other every single day because housekeeping did not leave enough supplies for a triple room.

The Leela Mumbai
Always a pleasure staying here. Great rooms, buffet and facilities. Some loud guests outside the rooms and outside the hotel can be heard but otherwise flawless as usual.
