"The hotel was marketed as a 5-star property, but it didn’t quite live up to that standard. The restaurants and buffet were pretty underwhelming, and the hotel overall felt a bit dated. The pool area was decent, but the staff there were noticeably rude, which hurt the experience. That said, there were some positives. The front desk staff were friendly, the housekeeping team did a great job, and everything throughout the hotel was very clean. The room itself was well laid out and comfortable, and the bed was great for our 8-night stay. Overall, it’s a clean and comfortable hotel, but it doesn’t feel like a true 5-star experience."

"There was not much around that was easily accessible. The pool was not very clean. But there was a good happy hour and the staff was nice. The restaurant had ok service. The waitress wasnot very attentive, ie. My water was not refilled and I was not checked on after my meal was delivered to see if I needed anything or how the food was. But overall for one night, the experience was adequate."
