The space
This amazing property retreat is close to Mullumbimby and a short drive to Byron Bay and Brunswick heads. It has its own private river, views of the Waterfall at Nightcap Ranges. With beautiful gardens you can relax and enjoy or even put up a hammock. Add your own private deck and fire pit and you are in heaven.
Guest access
Your Tiny Home is easy to find! Simply entre the driveway and you'll see it on your right. There’s a lockbox at the entrance for convenient, contactless check-in.

CAPACITY: The home is best suited for 2 ADULTS. But there is a small fee for additional quests.
WIFI: Password will be given once booking is made.
NO SMOKING: Please refrain from smoking inside the Tiny Home.

This place has the potential to be great but unfortunately is lacking.
- We were not provided any keys to lock up, despite advertise lock box entry. No way to lock belongings inside if you want to go out to explore.
-Toilet is not a flushing toilet! It is a compost toilet.
-Be aware there is no phone signal (Optus or Telstra) and while there is “WiFi” this is not even good enough to check emails. Good luck if you want to communicate with anyone, can’t message hosts to ask for a key. And the advertise TV with Disney… not much use without functioning WiFi!
The only positive of this place is the nearby stream, very pretty. But really not worth all the negatives of the place.
