"The place felt very safe and in a nice setting with plenty of green outside space. Rooms were very clean and spacious with nice private front terraces. The staff were really friendly and helpful, especially the onwer, Agnes, who arranged sightseeing trips in the area, airport transfer (15 mins) and other transport for us. I was honestly very surprised at how comfortable and well-run everything was - truly comparable to a high-end US or European hotel. I did have an issue with my hot-water heater which was not working, and the staff immediately offered solutions such as moving rooms or showering in a different room.
