The hotels in a convenient location and they were really helpful with my baggage and any request that I needed.

Great pool, great gym, great rooms, great breakfast. Same breakfast everyday so you will get tired of it during the 2nd or third day. A 10-20 min drive to district one depending on the actual traffic. But Grab is cheap so it’s ok. Over all o love this hotel. Very nice and very clean and quiet. Rooms are spacious too. Not too many things walking distance FYI. But like I said it’s grab (uber) is cheap. I would stay here again. But if you want to stay and walk all over district one then I recommend you look into district one.

This hotel was great for its value. The location is excellent. Close to all the main attractions, restaurants and shops. Room 701 was spacious with a great view. The reason for 3 stars are: -the shower is not enclosed enough. It leaks and the whole floor gets wet. -the restaurant needs to update their menu and upgrade the quality of the food. They also should not charge extra for espresso or cappuccino when you get the breakfast buffet. -the rooftop view is amazing but the area needs updating. -the lobby smells strange. Overall an average pleasant stay. The staff is amazing. Thank you.

Staff and service was absolutely amazing. Everyone was so lovely. Had an issue with accessing the programs on the tv as I guess there was a wifi issue and limited what we could view. Breakfast buffet had great food and service as well. Will recommend Hotel Grand Saigon

Location was excellent and dining facilities were very good with many food options
