"Great value. Though not within the shopping district, it is only few minutes from metro Line 2 (exit 3). The room was very spacious and clean. Front desk receptionists can be more friendly but I really enjoyed my stay!"

"We had 2 nights at the Grand Wyndham Busan and we were very impressed. The hotel is great and the rooms are wonderful. The corner room bathrooms are really impressive and exactly as they are in the photos on line. We were really impressed with the location the views from the 19th floor across the harbour and bridge especially at night when it was all lit up. Staff very really helpful and fitted us in to the restaurant after we forgot to book."

"Hotel advertises about their indoor and outdoor pools without advising guests of additional cost for pool usage. It’s disappointing to find this out after checking in and they never mentioned that in door pool was under constructions. Receptionists, concierge, door man and house maid were very fast efficient and attentiveness! "

"The hotel is really nice… but I wish I knew a couple factors before I booked because I wouldn’t have booked it. The hotel is pretty nice and the staff is pretty responsive. My issue was that the amenities were all down. Like the sauna or the pool. Also the convenience store inside of the hotel is not 24/7. Our room heating system was broken. It would not turn off the heat so we had to ask the staff to completely turn it off in our room. Also, A/C wasn’t an option as they shut down that option since it’s still considered “winter”. But they were kind enough to bring us a fan… and btw, you can see inside of the bathroom from your room (thankfully there are blinds). For a brand like Shilla, I felt really let down."

"My 1st time in Busan & glad that I booked this hotel. It is very convenient with many eateries, GS25 convenience shops nearby. It is very close to Lotte Mall too. The breakfast selection isn’t great and I’m glad that we didn’t booked the room with breakfast. I would definitely book this hotel again if I’m going to Busan."
