"Location is damn good with the environment around with a greenery tea plantations, but the hotel & the rooms were in pathetic condition. The room which we stayed doesn't had basic curtains for the windows, also the rooms are not clean & hygiene for which they charge very high price. "

"I felt compelled to write this because our stay at this hotel was genuinely the best we’ve ever experienced. The hospitality was exceptional—every staff member, from security to the reception and restaurant teams, greeted us with a smile and went out of their way to make us feel completely at home. Our 4-night stay was wonderful, and the hotel’s peaceful location in a quieter part of Ooty made it perfect for a relaxing getaway. There are so many people to thank, but I’d like to mention a few whose names I managed to note down: Chef Rajesh, Raja, and Monica for their warm care and for celebrating our anniversary with us; Sree and the entire team at The Pavilion restaurant; and Nandeesh, who kindly arranged idiyappam for my daughter when she was craving it. Since idiyappam is a Kerala dish, it’s not easily available in Tamil Nadu, making his effort even more special."

"My whole experience was absolutely amazing. Rooms were all the time in good condition. Staff was very attentive and courteous. Food was very hygienic , tasty as well as fresh. So much variety in food. They come to your table and make sure you are pleased with food if we need anything. Lots of activity to do in nature. Very informative. Staff was knowledgeable about Rainforest . Its children friendly .I highly recommend this place for families. Hope to visit again. 🙂"

"Having travelled around India on business staying at Marriott priced clean, modern hotels for between £50 and £70 a night I decided to lavish myself with a mountain top luxury resort as I was in Ooty after traveling upon the train At £170 a night I was hoping for something really rather splendid and was poorly disappointed. My room's AC was broken, the carpets were stained and damaged, I had very limited options for English channels. Communal areas seemed a little unkept and tired. Service was sporadic and unpredictable. The bar area seemed to be run on a budget.... Giant old fridge in plain view of customers half full of beer. All a bit of a 'cafe on the beach' feel. The restaurant was nice with fantastic views and the service was good. At best though the food was so so . Had this hotel been £80 I would have given it 4 stars but left feeling ripped off Not what I was expecting"

"It’s an excellent new hotel and well maintained property. Courteous staff and immaculate house keeping. Food at Buffet breakfast and dinner is quite extensive and tasty. I wish the property were renting scooters to go to city and sight seeing. Auto or cab is the only mode of transportation. Majority of the residents have their own car. I also recommend the management to start working on activity for hotel guests with corresponding transportation."
