"Family premium room had no windows but my kids love it. Love the aesthetics of the hotel. Very quaint and unique! Rooftop is a nice place to sit and talk with family.our room had a loft with single bed however spotted several mosquitoes. The steps to the loft in our room needs some repair as some of the wood chips are coming off and can be quite dangerous. "

"The environment was great however cleanliness for the room was not up to the standards. There’s obvious stains in the toilet bowl. The noise level was extremely high as well. Just a feedback to the management, the parking lot infront of our room was always occupied, I think priority should always be for the occupants instead of outsider who come to the cafe."

We need to drive over 30 minutes to there and not to the property that was the reception of the check in. And also we have to wait someone to guide me to the property. So the location of the property and the distance showing on the Apps. It is totally wrong. Misleading customer. We’ve been the property which wasn’t ready to let the people stay that we had to wait to change...
