"The room was outdated, but otherwise fine. My chief complaint is, on the last night of my weekend stay, a staff member entered my room unannounced. It was around 10pm & I was in bed alone. I was woken up by a strange man casually walking around my suite. When I yelled at him and asked who he was and to get out of my room, he made some pushing gesture with his hands before leaving. No words, no apology, no explanation by the front desk. Nothing. I felt incredibly violated & unsecure in my room. I will never stay here again. "

"A lovely hotel in the center of Alexandria. Everything looked just like the photos, the food at the restaurant was tasty, and the movie theater was a nice touch. Only downsides would be that service at the restaurant could have been better, and the room did not have complimentary tea like the sign mentioned. That being said, I would stay again."

"The staff is top notch and so helpful and friendly. They made us feel welcome and went above and beyond with any question or request we had. The room was clean and well stocked and the beds were comfortable. We will always stay here when we are in town "

"Well rounded property. Parking wasn’t the best, lot wasn’t plowed at all, very dangerous to walk on. It was secluded so if you fell no one there to help! Valet parked your car but you had to go get it yourself"

"Hotel is nice and in a great location. Staff is not considerate of activities in the area. I checked in and was warned the water would be off from 2-5AM. I said thats fine Id be sleeping. Turns out the work was being done right next to my room…. I had to ask to be moved. One would think they’d be more considerate with placement of guests to work being done. Be advised if you stay there to think ahead fir yourself. "

"A couple of the outlets didn’t work and the button for the front desk wasn’t working on the phone in my room. Also 2 of the elevators stopped working"
