"Check in was least fussy I’ve ever had, perfect part of town and beautiful. I have zero complaints and I enjoyed my stay here during the Sonic Temple music festival."
"This hotel was rather basic, but my room was great. The bed was very comfortable and it had a great view of the statehouse. Check out the great view of downtown from the gym which is on the top, 22nd floor.
It was clear that the hotel seems to be in transition from its sale as a former Sheraton hotel to an independently owned hotel — so I noticed there were a few places in the hotel that were potentially being renovated.
The hotel is centrally located downtown. I recommend parking in either of the Commons park garages — there are two of them, with the underground lot the closest to the hotel."
"Evening was great upon check in. The hotel provided everything that was listed except soundproofed rooms. We specially booked this hotel for that reason and were disappointed that was not what we received. We had an upstairs neighbor that made noise all through the night. When this was mentioned to the front desk, we were told that that it’s a tricky situation and the hotel was full. We will NOT rebook."

"I called before I ever arrived and let them know someone else would be checking in before me as I was running late. When he arrived they told him they cancelled our room because we hadn’t shown up early enough. Check-in goes until midnight and it was only 7 pm. It was a busy weekend with people in town for a festival so they said they didn’t have any rooms. They eventually found a room, not the same as what I had booked, and charged us MORE than the original price for a room with less space. I’m not sure how they’ve changed their practices, but I’ll never be coming back."
"The carpet had many stains, edges were tattered and needs to be replaced. When I went to get in bed there was some nasty looking liquid that dripped down the side and pooled under neath. I requested it be cleaned and it took two days."
