"Breakfast was subpar. The setee in our room had the springs coming out of the bottom so my daughter had to sleep on the floor. "

We reported it to management and they were very courteous and helpful by giving us a refund and we left. So technically we did not stay, we were only in the room long enough to see the dirty bed."
