"The room was very cool. I like that they took a lot of care in renovating but giving the rooms personality—sealed concrete floors and murals instead of grey floors and walls. I don’t know if the rooms beside me were empty but I never heard a peep from outside my room! I liked the art all around the property as well, and the staff were very friendly. Would absolutely recommend to anyone staying in Tucson."

"I was exhausted when I arrived and was experiencing a migraine. I was struggling and was so frustrated and embarrassed that I was ready to walk out. Ms Zahira Cordova saw what was happening and took over the sign-in for me. Her kindness and understanding of this 76 year old helped get me into a room, and did it with a smile. I've had several businesses, hired and trained hundreds of employees. Ms Cordova is exceptional. Whatever you are paying her isn't enough by half. She should have a substantial raise NOW, and a promotion. She will excel in any position. You don't want to lose this amazing woman."

"Our stay was excellent and overall one of the best Holiday Inn properties we have been to. Daniel at the front desk was extremely friendly. Pleasant and professional. We never really met with the other front desk employees. The room was very clean and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. We enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi. The breakfast buffet was well stocked with good quality offerings. Really liked the coffee individual cup brewing stations and availability of the concentrated creamer pumps. We are extremely likely to recommend this place to others and will likely stay there again when we make the 4 hour trip to Tucson. "
