"The header on the listing says “Entire House,” it’s not, it’s a duplex and this is the bottom two floors. We just looked at the header and the number of bedrooms/bathrooms. Had we read the property description, we would have learned it was a duplex.The place was clean, the kitchen was well stocked and beds/pillows were comfortable. The rental company was also quick to answer questions.We had difficulties with parking. It’s off street and first come, first served, so we weren’t able to park in the spots in front of the rental and had to walk a ways. There weren’t any bedside lamps which was inconvenient, and there weren’t many hooks to hang wet ski clothes/towels. It was also a little loud with people above you walking, talking, cooking, etc. When in the second floor living room, you can clearly hear the conversations of the people above you. There are also two outside staircases where people walk right by your windows which feels a little intrusive."

"Location could not be better. Waliking distance to everything you’d want in Govy. Classic mid 70’s condo down to the orange counter tops in the kitchen. Super comfy. We had such a blast hanging out here in between our adventures. Can’t recommend highly enough!"

"This is a very basic cabin which served the needs of our family, with 2 children ages 5 and 3. The layout and minimal, plain furniture were good for the kids's play, but we missed having another chair to sit in.. There was no eating table with chairs. The kitchen is limited, but we had very simple meals and found what we needed for cooking. We missed having a dishwasher. The beds were comfortable and the place was clean. We had trouble entering because there is no light on the stairs and entryway, and the code was tricky to use. You have to put the numbers in by pushing firmly and entering fast."
