"Our room was clean and kept refreshed every day by housekeeping. We had a suite w HC shower, etc. which proved very helpful with our recent back issues. The king bed was extremely comfortable and the room size was much appreciated for a multiple day stay. We would highly recommend Hampton Inn at Hood River. It was a great location to base from for multiple days of scenic road trips."

"Beautiful property. Our room was clean. Lobby area is well decorated and floor to ceiling windows make it a stunning place to sit and relax. Pool and hot tubs are amazing."

"My third time staying Escamilla Lodge. Can’t say enough. This place is wonderful for everything you want, activities, water, sightseeing, wildlife, etc. Had the opportunity to go with my grandkids and they absolutely loved it. The marked hiking trails are an added bonus where my five-year-old and three year-old grandchildren were able to easily maneuver the trails and got to see wildlife. What a wonderful experience. We will make it our fourth next year!"

"Loved the vicinity of hotel and that it had someone at the desk at all times. I think a portable fan in rooms would be nice especially as the windows don’t open and no AC. Just a fan to plug in would be nice, there was a fan in closet but only for heat. Shower was great. Bathroom sink did not drain, needs some maintenance as well as the toilet handle."
