"Excellent breakfast. The room was fantastic especially as it connected to our parents room. "

The towel rail did not work and was thick with dust, the walls were scuffed and marked for what appeared to be a long time. "Hotel was clean and large room. However, the male staff on reception were very miserable and no eye contact when checking in. One was also reading a fiction book at one point. The room was cold and no way of turning the temperature up or down as the control on the wall was turned off, with no way of turning on. Slept in trousers and jumper, which did expect to have to do."

I called reception and was told I could move room but it was 11pm and I was very tired and was undressed. Consequently I had a poor nights sleep as I was worried someone could get in. There was no bedside light so I had to leave my phone on all night. The EV chargers were extortionate. "
