The house consists of 2 floors in colonial canarian style distributed in a way that allows the rest of all its guests, with 5 double bedrooms, 2 living rooms, 3 complete bathrooms and 1 toilet, fully equipped kitchen and 1 library. It has satellite TV and Wifi. Cots and high chairs are available.

The best urban beach in the world (Las Canteras) is 15 minutes away, with a length of 3 kilometres and a natural bar that softens the waves.
