"I was messaged almost every day asking how things were going and if I needed anything. I thought this was a nice touch and even though I didn't need anything, I was confident we would receive a quick response if I had to reach out. The only complaint I had was that one of the bedrooms (first on right at the top of the stairs) didn't have a bed slat at the head, causing the bed to sink and provide an awkward sleeping arrangement.
