"Overall great! Knocking off one star because the listing indicates a mountain view, but the view was of a gondola and a back parking area with trees. The room was very stuffy upon arrival. We messaged the host asking about air conditioning and was met with a patronizing reply telling us to open the window. It was 77 degrees and sunny, the room was stuffy, one of the windows wouldn't stay open, and the fan available in the closet had a broken control dial. The location was fantastic and the room...

The cottage carried all items you can think of during your stay including items for young children. The curtains are dark enough for good sleep. "We spent 4 nights at the residence. It’s was great for myself, my husband, son and of course our dog. We got in late in the evening and had to call for assistance. The host was gracious and helped us right away. The main bathroom shower was fabulous and was also a steam room, which our 16 year old used everyday. The only downside was the small kitchen area. I am an avid cook and the portable cooktop was a challenge. The cookware would continuously slide off the burner. Other than that it was a great place, and we would definitely stay again!"
