The room overall was not cleaned very well; built up dust on many items such as nightstand lights, coffee tray and on dresser oily/greasy cleaner used which made it and feel disgusting! Shower systems on the 8th floor were faulty. When we contacted the front desk, woman told us to wait 20 minutes for the water to warm up. Moved us to the room next door after I said that was unacceptable. Water not much better in the second room.

Sonesta Silicon Valley
I like staying here vs the other Sinesta in Milpitas when I travel to NorCal for work because it’s a newer built so the rooms are huge and beautifully designed. It’s unfortunate that they’re now charging for parking $19 a night and they were out of bedroom slippers that day I stayed here.
