The room was clean, but the sheets didn't stay in place, the mattress was too soft and the metal piece that was used as a box spring made too much noise.

Breakfast was good, parking was easy. Rooms were clean. Pool and spa were great. They do not have gym, but overall it was nice with a big bbq area.

I love staying at Extended Studios Ontario. Webdy, Manuel and Evelyn are such a joy to interact with. Always kind and so attentive. Hotel is so clean and very quiet. The houeleepers are very friendly as well. Cant wait to see the final upgrades being done and hopefully there will still be free washing and drying from the lau dry room.

Staff took care of us and was on point very clean

Went on a 5 day vacation and stayed in the Superior Room and it was clean and just what i expected it to be. However, the tv did not offer streaming from our phones which would have been a plus during downtime. Some of the front end staff were not friendly at times (two gentlemen) but majority of the female workers were helpful and friendly.. Richard who works the restaurant/bar by far is the best, he has great customer service and worked extremely hard. Overall, a great stay and experience in good 'ol Ontario!
