"I booked this room solely because the balconies in the lobby reminded me the seafood/vomit scene from Drop Dead Gorgeous. Did not disappoint in that regard. Great staff, especially housekeeping. Knocking a star off because of that scent Marriott insists on pumping into their lobbies. It smells like a retirement home minus the mashed potatoes. "

"Took a shower the first night after check in. Discovered only one towel was provided and not a vert clean one. Walked to the bed after drying off to find the bottoms of my feet filthy from the floor. Used the one towel to wipe them off. Okay, no walking barefoot in the room. 2nd night, asked for clean towels. Was asked what I did with the towel I had. Definitely not staying here again."

"Staff at check-in was very helpful; staff at restaurant was great; housekeeping staff was fantastic. The furniture in the lobby was filthy-I was surprised because I've stayed here for years when I traveled to this area. The beds were comfy. Parking garage was nice. I wish they had a microwave in the rooms like some of their competitors. Overall, pretty decent experience. "

"Sheets on one bed had two brown streaks the other bed had makeup on sheets one pillow case had hair on it and another pillow was all wrinkly like someone had used it The toilet should be replaced it’s flushes slow and fills with water before flush happens poor design of toilet not plugged Ac unit would not turn off loud ALL night"

"Couldn't get hold of transport when flight came in late at night. Started doubting. On drive over website said last check in at 12 - flight in at 12:30 but did tell 2 different staff we were coming in late. Worried we weren't going to have the room we reserved. SARAH was amazing, no attitude, no blame, no "why didn't you". It was such a relief on how she treated us, it was emotional! She was awesome. We troubleshot the issue to get to the bottom of it. Just truly a great Manager. She's an amazing representation for the Radisson! Way to go Radisson! Don't let her go. "

"I became I'll while at the property from medication I was taking. I was with my daughter who was interviewing for a job in town. I called down to the desk and asked for late checkout. They could not have been nicer! They asked if they could do anything to help including sending some herbal tea. Anything at all. I appreciate the concern and care when of late, that is not always the norm. St John's Resort is truly beautiful as well. The grounds and facilities are gorgeous. I'll be back when I'm feeling better!!"
