The room was in good condition. Bad lighting very dark. TV seemed old style with a paper channel guide. Water from faucet came out a bit slow. I left at 9:30am. Feel bad for anyone trying to sleep in. Three cleaning personnel ( one at each end of floor, one in the middle) were yelling loudly to each other back & forth. I was stunned. Will not be staying there again. Will gladly pay a little more.

I tried to check in at 3 and my room was not cleaned yet. I was told I would receive a call when it was done in 30 minutes. I received a call and 1.5 hours later I called and they told me it was still not clean. I waited until 5 hours after check in before I called and they still needed 10 minutes to clean it. Manager was only willing to discount my room $20 from the $200 I paid, which she refused to do initially. My kids whom were competing very early in the morning were very late to be able to sleep while we waited in the car for hours in sub zero temperatures.

The room was clean and was good, but the fire alarm was set off and we were outside in the cold waiting on the fire department to fix whatever was wrong with the pool, then of course the pool was closed the next day.
