We cooked several times at the house including our grilled steak Thanksgiving dinner. Yes, we used the grill on the back deck, and we used the kitchen to the fullest extent! "The only issue I had was climbing stairs to get to the unit. I am 77 years old with arthritis and other health issues. I would rather have a ground floor unit or use of an elevator. Other than that, it was the closest location I could find that was near the Willow Tree RV Resort where I attended a weekend outing with my RV Club."
