"This is property is a Thousand Trails campground that accepts non-members. It’s clean, quiet and friendly. We went during the off season, so the pool and store were closed. That isn’t mentioned anywhere on the hotels.com website, or on the property website, so do your research before booking. We rented a cabin, and were expected to strip the beds, sweep floors and put all trash in the dumpster prior to checkout, or we would be charged a cleaning fee. We were not informed of this at all prior to...

"I found overall the common spaces were clean and in good repair. Breakfast was a bit mediocre, but enough options to fill you up. Pool area was clean. Service staff were pleasant and available. Bedrooms, while basically clean--seemed due for a deep cleaning. Rooms felt small. Quite a lot of highway noise and we had 2 rooms one on each side--both were loud due to proximity to freeway. Sign says no pets but our dog was allowed."

"I love the rooms at Anaco Bay Inn and stay here often. I particularly love the comfortable, roomy space with fireplace and kitchen. I often cook myself breakfast and love having the option. The only thing I wish they would update are bedding and beds"
