Located right in the heart of Mt Pleasant , this completely renovated condo is everything you need for the perfect vacation, family gathering, or getaway. Newly renovated from top to bottom , it includes 3 full baths and 3 bedrooms accompanied by a fabulously appointed kitchen complete with granite countertops and new stainless appliances. In unit washer and dryer is provided as well as a hi-def TV. The community has an on-site pool as well as being close to Isle of Palms and Sullivan's Island. Perfect location and great price!

The location is fantastic, condo is very clean, host is super helpful, and it is safe. We were able to do several historical visits and eat at some amazing restaurants all within 20 minutes of the condo! Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

Perfect location for family vacation

Central to both downtown and the beach, it's a perfect launching point for a family. Three en suite bathrooms is nice as well, kids won't be fighting with each other

Great place to stay in the Charleston area

This condo was clean, quiet, comfortable, and well-situated for visiting sites in downtown Charleston and in the area. There are good seafood restaurants in Mt Pleasant, which offer well-functioning take-out, and many grocery stores. Convenience to the beach is another plus!

Condo was clean, check in/out was detailed and easy. The owner responded quickly to the couple questions or concerns we had. Very convenient location for wedding venue at The Creek. Didn’t use pool since rained every day during our visit, but would have used if warmer. Wish more kitchen spices and supplies available as our last 2 vrbo had items more items stocked for a week so I was spoiled. I would definitely rent this unit again if in area.

Comfortable home away from home

Traveled to SC for a wedding/vacation. 3 couples stayed very comfortably...key was having the 3 bathrooms for getting ready. Community pool was an added bonus. The central location in Mt Pleasant was perfect and easy to get to Charleston, Isle of Palm, Summerville. Area has a nice variety of stores and restaurants. Close to Folly Beach, Isle of Palm Beaches. Chris was very helpful through our entire stay and available to answer any questions.

Perfect spot

This was a nice house perfect for a family of 6. It’s centrally located for everything we did. It was clean and we loved having the ability to do laundry since we were gone from home for 10 days. Family Girl's Trip

Very nice property. Perfect for elderly parent on first floor and others who are younger on 2nd floor. 3/3 was terrific...no shared bathrooms! Location was great for quick trips around MP and short Uber rides to downtown Charleston and IOP. I would definitely stay here again.
