This is the smallest hotel rooms I have stayed in the US. It is located near a highway and is quite noisy. We had a single queen. There was a business chair to sit at and only the bed. The mattress was extremely uncomfortable and the bed sank in the middle. The TV was so dark you could hardly see the picture. The toilet tried to overflow and had to wait for 1.5 hours for a maintenance man after 8 at night. Breakfast was limited. We were not offered a discount for our inconvenience. Would not stay there again.

I love staying here, the staff is friendly, and room is clean. I stayed in a accessible room, the tub was a BIG problem, it was so hard to get in and out. We measured 46 inches tall out (from floor to top of tub) and 33 inches in. When I went to get out, forgot about difference almost fell, thank goodnees had handicap chair close and was able to twist around and sit down.

It was very close and convenient to Soaring Eagle for a show we were attending. Close to shopping & dining options. The beds were comfortable & the rooms were clean. Everything was just a little dated. The heater/air conditioner had fan options of: off, on, and auto. We enjoy the hum of the constant fan but it wouldn’t stay on. So, we turned on the overhead fan and it wobbled no matter what setting it was on. There were many people there for some kind of tournament in the lobby which is fine, but something to drown out the noise in the halls from them being up late would have been nice. It was just a rough night of sleep and we had a 4 hour drive home early the next morning.

Very happy with the hotel. Clean and in good condition. Close to highway, for travelling purposes. Small room, but nice and more than adequate for a short stay. Only minor issue was the plug in the bathtub which would not stay open, making having a shower a bit of a pain. Would definitely recommend staying here
