Poor design of bathroom. Like using one on an airplane. No comfortable chair to relax and read in room. Only chair was desk chair. Breakfast was adequate. Won’t be staying here again.

First let me say that the beds were most comfortable, the breakfast was very good and the staff was cheerful and courteous. However, the room itself was very disappointing. To begin with the standard rooms are much smaller than what you’d expect for a Hyatt. Second, the bathroom floor and shower walls were dirty and the shower water pressure was ridiculously low. It took me twice as long to take a shower because the pressure wasn’t much more than a trickle. Further, my family member and I stayed 3 nights and NOT ONCE was our room serviced. When we checked in we were told that the room would be serviced after the second night, but even that didn’t happen. At $300 a night that is simply unacceptable. Housekeeping at this hotel is a joke. I will never stay here again.

Unfortunately we requested a no odor room. No scented cleaning products ahead of arrival due to allergies. Disappointed to say that did not happen also the AC was broken and no one available to fix it. However staff did do all the could.

We paid $300 for a place to sleep that air conditioning didnot work. We asked the desk worker for another room was told none available. We looked online and rooms were avaliable. We left our room door held open to get cool air from the hall until we were ready to try and sleep. Terrible sleep conditions sweating all night. This will be my last time stsying at Hyatt House.

Nice and clean. Easy parking. Only downfall was I didn’t know the bathroom door will lock automatically if you take a really hot shower from the steam. My kids kept playing with the door so I thought it was them but to my surprise it was normal. Thankfully my 2 and 3 year old were not inside there as I would’ve had to wait on maintenance

The property was beautiful, and clean. Breakfast was good lots of varieties of foods. We supposed to stayed for 3 days but we decided to checked out on the 2 days. We were disspointed because they never pick up the garbages and towels. I had to call customer service and requested a clean towels. Before the clean towel arrive I dropped off dirty one by the door but it was never pick up till we checked out on Saturday morning. I am not sure about the cleaning policy. But we were very dissapointed..

Very dog friendly - great area to walk them around. Staff was very friendly and helpful! Property itself is beautiful and the rooms are as advertised! Convenient parking both in front and behind the building.

This was our second time staying at this Hyatt with our dogs and it was excellent. Our room had everything we needed, staff was friendly and accommodating, and the free breakfast was great! Thank you Hyatt!

Fairly new hotel. Clean, quite, good location. Maybe a bit too pricey for this time of the year. Improvement: Somebody would have to clean up the dog poo in the green areas of the parking lot. Nobody wants to step into it when getting out of the car.

Between okay and good
Room was a bit smaller than some other hotel brands but was clean. Breakfast was not as hot as it should have been...omelets tepid, tater tots cool. We ended up going out for breakfast after the first day. Staff was very friendly though and the hotel was modern.

We loved our stay at Hyatt House MP. It was convenient for our family to have plenty of space to spread out and cook our own meals. Great location to drive to Charleston, Sullivan’s Island, and Isle of Palms. The staff was incredibly friendly and even allowed us to check out a day early to avoid the approaching winter storm as we headed back north. We truly appreciated it!

Clean hotel with friendly staff in safe feeling neighborhood. Our refrigerator was not working in our room and we were immediately given a different room. Continental breakfast was par for hotel chains.

Very basic property. We had accidentally booked this instead of the Hyatt Place in Mt Pleasant towne center. One of the rooms smelled like smoke and it is supposed to be a nonsmoking facility
