Welcome to Coastal Casa! This spacious family-friendly 3 bed modern home located in the Old Village of Mount Pleasant, minutes to the beach and downtown Charleston.. WALKING DISTANCE to scenic Pitt St Bridge and Shem Creek. 5 min drive to Sullivans Island, 8 min drive to IOP Beach. House is fully stocked with beach gear to use. Can't beat this location!! Property managed by Royall Stays.

Great location, home is well stocked. Fantastic kitchen. We went to the local farmers market on Tuesday, bought fresh seafood cooked it at home, it was awesome. They had plenty of beach chairs, and the beach was so close. Shem Creek area also really close. Walking distance to Publix definitely family friendly.

The place was very comfortable for us & clean. Clean is important to us. It was my husband, myself, daughter & granddaughter. Also, Rosie our dog.
