Very well-designed, quiet, comfortable rooms. Courteous, helpful staff. Bathrooms were designed more for looks than convenience, however. There was nothing to hold onto in the shower, and there were zero or maybe one hook to hang anything on, and no towel racks. No breakfast place on site.

Not a particularly picturesque surrounding but very very convenient to Charleston, restaurants, pharmacies, grocery stores etc. kind of a suburban setting.

My only thing i could complain about would be, on their website it says chargefor breakfast...one of the reason i picked this hotel was it had breakfast and dinner service at their resteraunt.... When we arrived,i asked what timethey stop serving breakfast. I was told that they had suspended nreakfast....only serve dinner 5:00-10:00 pm. We had.no transportation so if we wanted breakfast we needed Uber.... Staff was great...Jacob,Mike,Sunny....everyone!!!

Good location. Very clean rooms. The showers are a bit strange. The back side s of them are opened and every time we showered it wet the floor and made it really slippery even with 2 towels down

My friend and I were really pleased with the rooms, it looks like they were renovated recently. Very clean and modern, and no carpet on the floors. The staff was also super friendly and the gym was well equipped.

Washcloths and towels inadequate supply. No breakfast or lunch service available, advertise a restaurant on site, only bar with limited hours. However, the food purchased at the bar was excellent. Furniture in the room was very limited and the tiny refrigerator only worked intermittently, either no cooling at all to freezing liquids. Adjustment knob was completely missing. Notified the front desk and was told they would let maintenance know. No evidence they did anything.

This hotel was very clean and quiet. There was no carpet in the room and we loved that; made it feel so much cleaner. The thing we loved the most was the mattress was the most comfortable we’ve ever had at a hotel.

Staff might as well not have been there. Hot water in shower was virtually non existent. My wife took a quick 5-10 minute shower, then I took a cold shower. Staff member had the audacity to make a rude comment about the “unhealthy” chocolate milk we bought from their store for our daughter… it was the ONLY milk they sold. I even asked the kitchen staff to buy a glass of milk and they had none. Housekeeping did not take our trash or towels, when I called the desk they told me at first that I could come down and get some, but that the housekeepers may not have been by yet. It was 4:00PM… There was also construction going on in reference to the exterior of the building, which was not mentioned at all while booking. I would recommend paying the extra $50 a night to stay somewhere else.

The road into motel is strange with a small turning road right where you pull into the establishment. Very dangerous and not appealing for the appearance. Rooms are modern and nice but the pool is way to small and not an asset for the place. No breakfast is a real killer.

Property was very clean, room was nice, our view however looked at the bank. The photos of the waterfall and ocean of the property are not actually there. Drove 3 miles to Sems Creek for activity.

The glass frame on the lower right hand corner of the bathroom mirror was cracked and broken. Otherwise everything else looked good. I LOVE that the room had no have carpet.

OMG this place is really fancy really nice. The bed are so soft and comfortable. He has it all super recommended. The best service in everything is closed. You have the Walmart the hospital in many other places around. I could say that I give five stars.

Although the hotel is clean,staff very friendly I was disappointed that there was no restaurant in the building. Some package and frozen goods could be purchased. Their site stated a restaurant and that is very important to me. I would not have picked this hotel knowing this
