Welcome to Salt and Spruce Suite: A private, bright basement apartment with its own entrance and parking. The entire suite is yours, including bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, and laundry facilities, with ocean accents and a relaxed vibe.

15-min walk: grocery store, restaurants, walking trails and transit; 10 min drive: MUN, Health Sciences Hospital, St John's airport. Quick access to Team Gushue Hwy, TCH, Galway, Pitts Memorial Drive.

* Equipped Kitchen with full sized fridge, stove top only (small convection oven included), toaster, microwave, kettle and coffee maker.

Need an additional sleeping space for a third guest or a separate bed? We’ve got you covered with a comfy blowup cot and stand, complete with pillows and linens (No Extra fee for this service just be sure to request it).

Also please note, our rental suite is a one bedroom so it is best suited for 2 or 1 guest (but could sleep 3 if needed using the extra cot or couch lounge). A travel playpen is also available with linens upon request for a child under 2.

Kids under 5
When booking with children under 5 - there are accommodating dishes and cups, electrical covers, a portable eating chair, bath toys and a 2-in-1 playpen/changing station available with linens.

Entrance –
A large private entrance with space to hang your jackets, place your shoes and keep your luggage if you prefer. Also find 4 fold-up travelling chairs for use during your stay.

Open-concept living room –
A new couch with lounge to stretch out and relax with a large HDTV with Fire TV Stick. You will find some family games, a deck of cards as well as high speed WIFI for your internet needs. An old-school wooden TV tray is also at your disposal if you want to work on your laptop sitting on the couch.

Laundry –
The laundry room is fully equipped with a new 5.5 cu.ft. combo all-in-1 washer/ dryer, a spot to hang your clothing, with an ironing board and iron. There’s even enough soap to do a load of laundry if you need.
The recycling bin is located in the laundry room (as are the instructions for what can be recycled).

Bathroom –
Fully refinished bathroom with full bath and tile surround. Plenty of body towels, hand towels, face clothes, a mini hair straightener, a blow dryer, and toilet paper.
There is a first aid kit behind the mirror, above the bathroom sink.

Bedroom
Newly renovated bedroom with a HDTV with Fire TV Stick, a solid wood double bed with fresh linens, 2 pillows and a duvet. Six dresser drawers and a hamper provide plenty of storage. An inflatable single bed with frame and extra linens is stored beneath the bed for an extra guest. Blackout curtains to help ensure a restful night's sleep.
