"It is located near the Ainu village. There is only one main street selling souvenirs and a watson store. There is a path around lake Akan that you can stroll on. That is about 20 minutes walk from the hotel. The onsen on the eight floor was beautiful overlooking the lake akan, but i did not get to use it. "This is a beautiful hotel with great views of the river and countryside. It is quiet and the rooms are very nice. I used the private baths with no waiting. The bar is a great whisky and wine bar. Complimentary ramen was very nice and filling. Other snacks are also given free. Staff were so friendly, and managed around my language barrier with ease and friendliness."
