Property management company was a struggle. 16-21 paragraph messages, pressure to download an additional app and repetitive emails, repeatedly asked for additional pet fee outside of VRBO that was already paid through VRBO, tried to communicate via copy and paste templates without filled in info (lot of [insert here] and [———-@———-]). Just a headache I haven’t experienced on VRBO before. "

Beyond the natural beauty of the surrounding area, the well-maintained and cozy craftsman home, and convince to Pigah (not quite this trip with the park roads/bridges missing from the hurricane), the owner is both a pleasure to work with and very patient with my two young daughters who are in awe of the horses around the property. We'll keep coming back as long as this property stays available!"
