We have stayed here a couple of times now and really can’t fault it. Location is fantastic, central to all and easy walking to theatres, shopping and eating. If catching train to Flinders Street a short 5 minute walk. Staff are helpful, amenities great, breakfast magnificent and bar a great place to wind down.

The view from our room was fantastic One issue was the bathrooms flooded after each shower. Drier did not work well to dry floor mats. We paid money to open the other bathroom only to find it very dirty and dusty. The toilet was not cleaned, the drawers to basin had water marks on them. Dust everywhere Needs more bin liners for all bins. Apart from that it was great. Thank u

Hotel just ok, not that clean. When asking to clean the room & change bed, they didn't change the bed sheets, vacuum the room, only dumped the trash & provide towels. The card slot on elevator didn't work well like falling apart, need to insert the card into slot soany time in order to get it work!

"Staff were friendly and very helpful. The room service was also very nice if you don’t feel like walking/driving to the restaurant at night. Food selection was limited but still good. Beautiful spacious room with a large bathtub. Close to the hot springs too. Easy parking outside the rooms."
