"Great location for walking around Old City, and over to Reading Terminal Market. We lucked out and got to check in very early. Also lucky to get a room on the hall that doesn't open out to the atrium, which can get quite loud."

"I left some glasses there that were prescription glasses in the room and when I called tonight, they said there’s nothing in Lost and Found but I’m hoping that they check under the bed. The glasses were in a case next to the bed on the floor and they could’ve been pushed underneath, hoping that these are found and returned to me. The staff was very friendly."

"The hotel is very nice. However there is a outdoor nightclub right behind the hotel. The music and bass was like you were at a nightclub right in your room. We went there to get a good night sleep before our basketball tournament. We slept maybe 3 hours due to all the loud music. The bass was shaking the room until 2 am. We have been trying to reach the hotel but nobody answers"

"Stay was great until we tried to check out of the breakfast buffet which was was paid for on Expedia. The staff argued that we didn’t pay and we couldn’t see it separated on the Expedia receipt. We later found it in another page on Expedia after they charged us for the breakfast again. Now I have to spend time disputing the charge, which is inconvenient and annoying."

"Like the fact that I had to use my room key to activate the elevator, very good for security.. The soap had a great mint smell .Override we enjoyed our stay at the Motto hotel . One minor fault, no parking."

"I selected the sweetheart room when i booked the stay but only got butterflies on the wall. It was okay. The room was clean and the staff came right over to fix the television. I didn't get to use the hot tub or the fireplace. "
