Not great, but okay…

It was okay, served its purpose. In town for a family reunion so it was nearby to family. The place was a little old, tables and lamps were dusty like they had not been touched for a while and there was no soap, but it was clean for the most part.

I originally came to this hotel just to get away from my stressors and relax with my best friend. The staff was very accommodating and helpful. The place was very clean and the only thing that made me upset was the vending machine wouldn’t work. The overall experience will still get a five star review from me as the vending machine has nothing to do with the hotel 100% recommend this hotel.

We stayed here to go to Sesame Place, only 27 mins away! Very good price. Only complaint is a 2 bed room should have 4 pillows on each bed and more towels.

staff was a bit standoffish besides who i assume was the manager. the area outside was a bit sketchy, rooms were clean, but the furniture was outdated and worn down. poor wifi and saw so many tiny ants upon checkout!!! not bad for a single night in a pinch, but wouldnt spend the weekend here again.

The hotel staff up front was really nice and had great customer service. The hotel itself was very unclean, the room had not been cleaned and the bathroom was nasty. The outter doors were broken and there was no area of safety for guests. We complained when we arrived and then decided to leave.

Decent for the money.

Single Queen Bed room was nice and economical, but woke up to find a few ants crawling around the bathroom sink and on the floor. I informed front desk person at checkout who said they would have maintenance look into it.

WeThe parking lot could eat your car if your not careful. A lot of screaming and yelling (adults). Kids running up and down the halls. Very old building. Sheets and towels were clean. That the best compliment. The staff member that I interacted with was friendly but complained I checked in so late. It was only about 9pm. We spent the day at an amusement park and had to eat before checking in. Not unusual circumstances.
