"Was double charged for room hotel smelled like cigarettes staff rude"

My only concern was from the lobby to our room was guite a LONG walk including walking through the casinos and past several " labeled community huddles, i.e., Sadonta, etc. The distance was not shared with us by the front desk nor was a wheel chair or assistance offered as I had requested a room near the elevators due to a health challenge. "Overall a good, safe place to stay. The bonus was the high tech coffee maker in the lobby. My room was very small, only one chair in the room to sit on other than the bed. Bed was comfortable, bathroom was small with only a shower but it was clean. Only complaint was being woken up in the morning by housekeeping gossiping loudly in the hallway by my room. "

"This hotel has friendly, helpful staff and is close to a lot of attractions for visitors. The room was big and comfortable with an office chair and a sitting chair. The view was of the street so nothing great there. There is a parking garage we left our car in the majority of our stay because there was so many places within walking distance. "

"I’m not usually one to write reviews, but after our recent stay at Caesars for a bachelorette party, I felt this experience was worth sharing. From the start, the trip was a disaster. We had a dinner reservation for the bachelorette party at Superfrico that was booked on January 11th, but it was canceled just three days before our trip. We were told the restaurant was fully booked and they couldn’t help or accommodate us in any way, which was extremely frustrating for a planned group celebration. When we checked into the hotel, things only got worse. We had requested conjoined rooms for the bachelorette party but were told they could not accommodate this because we booked through a third-party vendor (Expedia). We were even told they don’t have conjoined rooms, which was confusing since this option appears when booking. To make matters worse, they didn’t even place our rooms next to each other. We asked to speak with a hotel manager, hoping to resolve the issue, but the manager was very rude, defensive, and dismissive while we tried explaining the situation. There was no effort to help or make the situation better. I’ve stayed at many Atlantic City hotels, and this was by far one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. Needless to say, we will not be staying here again."
