I had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel! The staff was friendly, welcoming, and very helpful throughout my stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the overall atmosphere made me feel relaxed and at home. The hotel is in good condition, especially considering that it’s an older property. It’s not spotless, but it is clean and comfortable. The breakfast is very basic and light, so I wouldn’t really consider it a full included breakfast. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the location is convenient, with several shops nearby. Parking is also good and easy to access. Overall, it was a decent stay for the price.

I would say that from the outside it looks fine. The lobby is very nice and was clean. The receptionist was very pleasant and understood my circumstances when I came back down to complain. The room on the other hand was not up to par. There is supposed to be no smoking in the room but the room smelt of smoke. The couch looked torn and like it had not been disinfected. There was a panel under the sink that was laying on the floor. Bathroom had a weird smell. Walls in room were plastered up. Wires exposed by the AC. Chair at desk was torn. I had my family with me and within 20 minutes we checked back out. I talked to Expedia and only got a partial refund...not happy about that at all. Do not go there if you don't have to.

The biggest amenities was the pool. Which was permanently closed. My room 224 had stains on the pillow cases. Outside of that. The room was clean and service was good. Me and family came all the way from Baltimore for the pool with our stay. The kids were very disappointed.

The air conditioner in our room, it didn’t seem like it was blowing cold air and also when we first arrived, the staff one of them had an attitude overall experience was probably a three out of five we did enjoy the free breakfast in the morning and it sucks that the pool was not open as well

I met with the two Young ladies wish I got their name. Checked in on Thursday they don’t work weekends if that help identifying them. Beyond polite , friendly and genuine. Made my family and I feel welcome the stay was amazing may not be the ritz design wise but family friendly, caring staff, and real is all I need. Literally saw a staff member with a broom and a scoop Sweeping the parking lot at 2 in the afternoon. Rooms clean and well kept. Great value for the money. I will be staying here again with squishies

We booked this room because of the pool & complimentary breakfast. Upon arrival we found the pool has been PERMANENTLY Closed! We never ate the breakfast, which consisted of dry cereal, no milk. Bread, but no butter or jam or anything to go with it. There was a coffee machine & waffle maker. The batter smelled of sweet chemicals & actually just the scent made me nauseous. If that weren't enough to deter you.... there were VAGRANT people camping out behind the bushes on the property. Non smoking property but burn holes in the sheets & blankets. Super SKETCHY! DEFINITELY overpaid for this place too! Oh & although I paid IN ADVANCE, they put holds on my credit card which are greater than the price of our stay.... Hopefully those will drop off soon. We scoped out the area & just 2 miles away, much better hotel options, shopping & dining. Go there!
