"One of the best hotels we stayed at on our Kyushu trip. Ukiha rest station at our door step with plenty of food options. We also enjoyed a communal meal at the common dining area and made a few new international friends .
Rooms were lit and clean, service was top notch. Location is pretty central to explore kurume, the Ukiha orchards or down to Hita and even Oita .
Excellent choice for anyone looking to explore the area. "
"Very friendly, kind and helpful staff. Very convenient hotel for those who want to have the bus and train station nearby. Perfect room with a nice view of the city; rich and good breakfast."

I personally wants to share a sincere gratitude to Kayausagi that contacting and helping me regarding my lost item(phone) even after my stay :)"
"Such a beautiful, tranquil ryokan right on the river. Close walking distance to the train/bus station. The staff were kind, polite, and accommodating. Would stay again!"
"Superb set meal each evening and the service from mainly Nepalese girls is so warm and friendly. The quality and variety of the dishes is very high. The onsen baths are large and the facilities are excellent. Very good value. "

"Can’t beat this location. Family Mart right across the street and Lawson one block away. Staff are super friendly! Breakfast is ok with a different variety of bread along with coffee every morning. 5 min walk to JR Hakata station and the Lawson that most Day Tours meet there. I cant have a complain about that. There may be one issue which I don’t have too much time to spend at the hotel since too much to do in Fukuoka and surrounding area!!!!"
"Overall the stay was very good. Hotel and area was very convenient. My only issue was…they would not sell me more coffee kcups. I drink about 4-5 cups daily…and when I went to front desk to purchase more receptionist would not accommodate. She said; they could not sell and visitors were allowed 2 daily. These are special illy kcups and weren’t available to purchase in any grocery or convenient stores. "
"Awesome hotel! Just 5 minutes away from Hakata station. Public bath, free breakfast buffet, friendly staff. I’ll be back there next time, definitely. "
