Great place to stay.
The Rising Tide provided us a cozy and well equipped home away from home with a view of the bay to continuously remind us we were on holiday. We could prepare our meals from the kitchen and watch the kids kayaking on the water. All the furnishings were comfortable and clean. It was lovely to have bedding and towels provided. Appliances all worked well and there was endless hot water for getting everyone showered after a day at the beach. We discovered some nice walks and good food at the Woodshed Cafe. Each morning we could choose to spend the day fishing locally and relaxing around the house or making a day trip to explore the many beautiful beaches 10 - 40 minutes away. We enjoyed Cole's Point, Golden Island and Farm Beach. The Pig Farm and Rock Pools were also great destinations. We filled 8 nights here with time to both adventure and rest. All in all we were really happy that we had made the trip from Adelaide. We agreed that we would be back again one day.

Amazing property in such a beautiful location! If you enjoy the raw southern Australian coastline and everything it has to offer, this is a great place to base yourself and explore.

Well equipped and clean
Unit was well equipped, clean and made us feel at home. Could relax, enjoying the on the bay views while working remotely with good mobile bandwidth available from Telstra & Optus. On the cold days, it was nice to lit the fireplace, making it warm and cozy.

Location is absolutely stunning! The photos do not do justice. Quiet & peaceful. Place is well equipped with everything you need. Lots to do with the kids or do nothing at all & relax on the deck. So glad we could take our dog as well. We had a fabulous time & will be back.

We had the most beautiful holiday at Mount Dutton Bay. The house was clean, well equipped and superbly located. We spent 2 glorious weeks at this house.....did a few little local trips but mostly pottered about the bay enjoying what was on our doorstep. We experienced all sorts of weather, with the house providing great comfort and enough activities to entertain a young family through all the seasons! Thank you for having us!

A Gem
Mount Dutton Bay is a wonderful, peaceful alterative to Coffin Bay. Only takes 10 minutes to get to the oyster tours ( a must do), restaurants and shops of Coffin Bay via the airport road. The house is brilliant and well presented. Spotlessly clean and nice touches like the fires made for you ready to light. Good secure yard for the dog and the sheltered back patio for his bed was great. Fantastic views.

Craig was a pleasure to deal with and the house is really well appointed with the usual appliances but also the extras that make it a homely and welcoming place to stay. Get the kids there for a great relaxing stay.

Such a lovely relaxing spot! Perfect for an outdoor fire overlooking the water.
Extremely clean, modern kitchen and bathroom. Mt Dutton Bay is a perfect, lovely hidden lil gem. Great provided board games, kayaks, BBQ. The hosts are very thoughtful! Nice to arrive with the fires all ready to light! Perfect stay thank you

Awesome property with exceptional views, spotless and incredibly selfcontained. Kangaroos in the morning and glorious sunsets at night. Every thing is absolutely beautiful. Would not hesitate to return to this little piece of heaven on earth and recommend the hosts for their support and standards.

Very cozy and family-friendly house. The kayaks and paddle boat was the fave of the kids. My daily walk with my dog was amazing. Waking up in a very serene water view was indeed a bonus. Thank you. We all had fun.

Everything we needed was provided. Plenty to see and do. Kayaking each day was enjoyed and watching the birdlife was relaxing. Saw a lot of Coffin Bay National Park, Gallipoli Beach and visited Boston Bay Winery. Thanks for our enjoyable holiday.

Close enough yet far enough
If your looking for a comfortable well thought out place for you and your dog this place is great. Craig and Sonia obviously care about their place and it shows with the way it is presented. The place has everything and is a quieter propersition to Coffin Bay. My partner and I stayed there with our 2 dogs for 10 days. It was peaceful easily maintained and close enough to town for supplies but far enough to have the peace and quiet we were looking for. Thanks Craig and Sonia for making your place available to us, we loved it.

Perfect relaxing holiday for our family
Our family really enjoyed our stay here. The house was just perfect, super clean and had everything we needed. All communication was excellent with the hosts including some suggestions of where to visit during our stay which was great! The outdoor entertaining area was ideal, and with the clear bistro blinds down we enjoyed dinner here each night in late April. The fire was well used at night to star gaze and relax around in the evenings. The location is great for exploring the stunning beaches and also Coffin Bay. The children loved the kayaks and they are a great addition to the stay. Seeing the dolphins out the front of the house each morning was also a highlight. Thanks so much for the stay, we now have many wonderful memories of Mt Dutton Bay and hope to come back again !

We had an amazing, relaxing and fun-filled week. Despite some very hot weather, we were comfortable, and made the most of near-by Coffin Bay, Port Lincoln and Farm Beach. Having the kayaks to use meant that we did not have to bring large items with us. The owners were very thoughtful and checked in on us on arrival, as well as enquiring after our welfare during the short heatwave! Thank you so much for a fantastic holiday, we will definitely be back next year!

We really enjoyed our stay at Rising Tide Beach House in Mount Dutton Bay. The house was clean and comfortable with all we needed. Plenty for the kids (and big kids) to do with kayaks, totem tennis, cricket, inside games, DVDs and more. Lovely walks and beaches to explore close by. Craig and Sonia were very welcoming checking we had arrived safely and settled in well. We would absolutely return to this area and property. Thanks again for a great stay!

Great location, peaceful, dog and children friendly
My partner and I took our dog for a weekend getaway, the property was so easy to find and was like a little oasis. Such a peaceful, relaxing spot, right in front of the water couldn’t ask for much more! The property was clean and comfortable and the owners very accommodating, making sure that we got there safely. 10/10 will visit again with the kids and the dog!

Aside from the gorgeous location, this beach house was very quiet, comfortable and well-equipped for our impromptu family getaway. From a proper-sized fridge (yay!) and plenty of kitchen equipment (inc pod coffee machine) to thoughtful extras like kayaks, totem tennis and wood for the firepit, the whole experience felt more like staying at a friend's place than a rental. Just like a earlier reviewer, I want to keep it our secret!

Perfect central waterfront location
We chose to stay at the Rising Tide Beach House for 4 nights because of it's great location within an hour of the most beautiful coastline in South Australia. It is the perfect location for surfers & kite boarders with great wind on the flat water of Mt Dutton Bay as well as easy access to some great surf beaches. The house was spotlessly clean on arrival and access instructions easy to follow. The enclosed carport & rear garden was perfect and secure for our two dogs who just loved sunning themselves on the rear porch. Every evening was spent barbequing & looking at the beautiful waterfront views. If we re-visit the Eyre Peninsula we will definitely stay here again! Would happily recommend this place for anyone looking for a break away from their busy home life............. so peaceful & relaxing.

Dutton Bay delight
We were delighted with everything about Rising Tide. Dutton Bay is a quiet but friendly little place and hence the perfect spot to enjoy a stay in the Coffin Bay area. Rising Tide's big picture windows and outdoor living areas facing the bay are made for relaxing, reading a book and watching the many shore birds - oyster catchers, terns, gulls, herons, ducks and the occasional sea eagle. If you are lucky, you might catch dolphins frolicking in the bay as we did. The property is extremely well appointed, and has one of the best equipped kitchens we have have seen in a holiday rental.
