"This hotel was very convenient for our Universal park days. We took the free shuttle to the park the first day. Second day we walked from the hotel to the park and the third day we did an Uber. Room was good and service was good. Even gave us warm cookies when checking in!"

"Perfect place for universal and first trip to Orlando. After staying here and getting express pass, the location and overall experience is far better than disney. Express pass is the real bonus, makes the park experience so much better (and way better than disney if you want to avoid queues with a little one). Hotel great. Went to the Starbucks for breakfast every morning, they do cereals, milk, pastries, and lots of other stuff. Easy for little ones and very flexible. Refill water and drinks there too. Would definitely stay again. Our highlight of Orlando was staying here and would be a big reason if we would come back to revisit. Pool is great. Shallow water for little ones and good bar and food at the pool. Self parking is easier than valet. The car park is 1 minute walk. Grounds are really nice and gives you a tropical holiday feel. Only negative was that the power in rooms doesn't power everything eg a fan. "
