  • Location location location! This charming historic 1912 home is perfectly situated ONE BLOCK from all the downtown shops, restaurants and weekly events! This is a two story duplex with separate entrances to both the upstairs and downstairs. The home can be rented as an upper level, lower level, or both for a large group.

    This listing is for the LOWER LEVEL of the home. Sleeps 8!

    The upper level listing is: "Historic Mount Dora-Upper Level Duplex”. Enjoy the serenity of the oak trees in the back yard or connect with the downtown ambiance on the adorable front porch. The choices are endless! NO ANIMALS due to allergies.

    The Space:
    This is the lower level of a stacked duplex. (handicapped accessible)
    The home has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
    One bedroom has a king-sized bed with bathroom.
    The second bedroom has two separate full size beds and large bathroom.
    There is also a living room with a pull-out sofa bed.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The home was exactly as described. Communication with Bryan was excellent and was very responsive. The location was perfect—just a short walk to downtown, which is exactly what we were looking for. We loved being able to explore the shops, restaurants, and waterfront without having to drive. We would definitely recommend this property to others and look forward to staying here again on a future visit!

We stayed in the lower level of the house. It was very quaint with a lovely front porch to enjoy the beautiful evening. The house was clean and spacious with all of the amenities needed for a wonderful vacation. The host was very communicative. Overall, it was a wonderful experience.
