"I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at Wyndham Hotels & Resorts. The property advertises itself as a resort, but the actual room conditions and interior appearance were far below what the Wyndham name represents. The rooms looked outdated, poorly maintained, and nothing like the expectations created by the branding and presentation online. Calling this a resort is misleading. I expected comfort, cleanliness, and quality, but instead the experience felt cheap and neglected. For the price paid and the reputation attached to the Wyndham brand, this stay was unacceptable and did not deliver the standard customers are led to expect.”"
