Absolutely fantastic apartment. Very spacious with great amenities. Spa bathroom was lovely after a long day walking around Brisbane. Everything about the apartment felt luxurious, and the price per night was a steal!

Very clean, signs of wear and tear in bathroom, but otherwise very good.

Wonderful hotel close to the south bank waterfront. Very nice comfortable room.

Nice room, but WiFi wasn’t working, and I was asked to fix it myself by adjusting and unplugging wires and routers….. not great! But a decent location and good sized room.

The staff can definitely be improved. I was quite confused with the way the parking worked and left feeling mocked by two female front desk staff. As I left both staff members were seen laughing together. Very unprofessional especially when I needed help as to understand how it worked. Also our food was delivered cold and soggy. It was expensive which was not an issue as we were excited to get room service though left disappointed. The hotel itself was great will definitely go back just wish we were treated with more dignity from front desk.
