"My room was switched 3times. Master key didn't even work. Then the toilet didn't flush the sink was clogged wouldn't drain. The maintenance man and security tried there best to help the situation. I had a new child and daughter compete @ osu. There was nothing for breakfast. Best thing was the bar!"

"I put in for a room with 2 double beds and was give a room with a king and pull out couch. Pull the couch out and found food under it and rust stains on the mattress from the frame. There was no bedding for the pull out couch so I had to go the front desk to get bedding, waited 15 minutes for that then had to go back to the room to make the bed. The toilet in the room never stopped running and when we got up in the morning the sink was backed up have full with pink colored water even though we never used the sink. The breakfast was ok, not a lot of food was out "

"I had an incident with this hotel. There was no power and had 3 kids with. I had to get around for archery tournament in the dark. Expedia helped me locate. The front desk acknowledged my leaving and assured me it was going to be taken care and Expedia reached out in an email. My card was still charged full amount for two days. Over a week later I am still waiting for them to refund me or even send me an acknowledgment of this, corporate has helped me but I am still waiting to hear from the hotel it’s self, I would not recommend this hotel. "

"When we visit Columbus, we always stay at the Hilton at Polaris. It is a beautiful, very well kept hotel for visitors to the northern end of Columbus. Beautiful lobby, fast and easy check-in, and outstanding room. We love the King suite. The hotel is close to wonderful shopping and dining. A must-try if you’ve never been there. "

"smoke alarm was removed with wires hanging from ceiling. bed sheets were filthy. asked to switch rooms, which they did. the bed was even more dirty and the mattress protector had brown stains all over it. electrical outlet plate was gone, leaving the outlet and wires exposed. asked for a refund."
